The occasion

In the first months after incorporation, the decisions are made that accompany a company for years: tax adviser, relationship bank, insurance, payroll, software, premises. Whoever makes contact during this period meets open questions and relationships that have yet to form.

The capitalisation gives a first indication of the venture: an entrepreneurial company with minimal capital usually stands for an individual founder, capital in the millions frequently for the subsidiary of a group.
