What clients wish to know before ordering.

In what form do I receive a list?

As an Excel workbook by email, with one row per company or person. A second sheet records theme, selection and date of compilation.

Do I see the number of matches before ordering?

Every selection shows the number of matches immediately. You order only once volume and scope are settled.

What does a list cost?

The minimum order is 100 entries at EUR 250; the price per entry falls with volume: 100 entries EUR 250, 250 entries EUR 500, 500 entries EUR 800, 1,000 entries EUR 1,200, 2,500 entries EUR 2,250, 5,000 entries EUR 3,500 and 10,000 entries EUR 5,000. For more than 10,000 entries or the entire selection, we prepare an individual quotation on request. There is no subscription and no term.

When do I receive the list?

You receive the invoice immediately after ordering. Once your payment has been received, we send you the list by email.

What does an entry contain?

Company, legal form and address, register court and register number, industry, date of incorporation and capital, the members of management, website and telephone number where available, and the specific characteristics of the theme.

How may I approach the companies?

A formal letter to the company is the reliable first route. A telephone call requires a presumed interest, and a promotional email generally requires consent.

Can I combine several occasions or receive recurring deliveries?

On request, we compile analyses to your specification, combine several occasions in one list or deliver the new matches of a theme at regular intervals.

What happens if a person objects?

Anyone who objects to the use of their data is permanently removed from every future list. We inform recipients who have already received the data.
